After reading the attachment.

Name your firm and create a brief introduction to it which would appear in the About Us section of your company website.
Create a SWOT analysis of the Dolphins’ athletic department.
Prepare an assessment for presentation to the board of directors that covers the following laws:
ADA
Title VII
Title IX
Be sure to show whether the department is in compliance with these laws. If compliant, you need to provide the pertinent facts to support your assessment. If non-compliant, you need to provide the steps your firm would recommend to rectify the situation along with a timeline for said implementation.
