My goals are attainable because they are realistic. These goals are something that can be completed through effort and work. These goals are things that will only help the business and these goals are things that others look for when choosing a childcare center. I also feel that with dedication and responsibility these goals will help grow the center in classroom size and staff rate.

6) Start advertising a new daycare opening

8) After hired employees, develop mission statement and policies together

9) Develop floor plan for classrooms and center

10) Find furnishing and supplies

11) Professional development classes for staff

LOGAN’S Q.U.I.L. infant and Toddler care will be offering child care/development for infants and toddlers age six weeks to three. LOGAN’S Q.U.I.L. infant and Toddler care will be targeting low and middle income professional families who, because of work obligations, do not have the time during the day to care for their child. LOGAN’S Q.U.I.L. infant and Toddler care will be targeting families that are interested in something more than simple baby-sitting facilities, they would like the children to be enrolled in a program that offers development of many different skills including: socialization skills, arts and crafts, large muscle group workouts, reading, numbers, etc. Parents who are professionals and are typically eager for their children to move ahead and are willing to pay for the best development care services for their children.

LOGAN’S Q.U.I.L. infant and Toddler care offers child care services for ages from six Weeks (infants) to three years old. Hours of operation are from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M, Monday through Friday. These services will offer families full daycare for their children during normal work hours.
